| Complex handling operations can be performed simply and cost-effectively with the help of the right rotary module. Menziken makes rotary modules to fit most customer applications, including drive cylinder sizes of 12mm, 16mm, 25mm, 32mm and 63mm and torque ranges up to 243 inch-pounds. These modules are pneumatically driven, rack-and-pinion gear sets featuring end stops that are fully adjustable from 0 to 180 degrees. For even greater flexibility, we have developed the RM 16, a 360-degree rotating module with a 16-mm cylinder. |

| GRIPPER ROTARY MODULES |

Precise and reliable gripping and positioning units are the key demands made on handling systems. Our unique range of gripper-rotary modules satisfies every requirement.Using standard, off-the-shelf modules, Menziken grippers can be integrated with our rotary units to create gripper-rotators in more than 240 possible combinations. Menziken's standardized rotary module design also allows the use of multiposition (intermediate) stops for the rotations of the grippers.
For maximum flexibility, Menziken offers grippers in three size ranges. Select from two-finger grippers in both parallel and angular configurations. Three-finger angular grippers are also available. Fingers can be rotated radically into any position relative to their drive without reducing their effectiveness. |
| The unique design of our gripper modules allows them to be operated with inward, outward or double- acting force. An integrated spring ensures the required clamping force when pressure is zero. |
